Isabelle Joan Szerlik, of Levittown, PA., died Friday February 8, 2013 at Chandler Hall in Newtown, PA. She was born in Philadelphia to Robert and Maxine Watters (nee Mowers). Originally of the Tacony section of Philadelphia, Joan was a member of St. Leo Parish and graduated from St. Hubert High School for Girls. As a young lady she was employeed at BF Goodrich. Eventually she met Thomas C. Szerlik of Bridesburg who would become her husband.
