Joyce E. Brown, a resident of Levittown, passed away at Aria Bucks Hospital surrounded by her loving family and friends, Friday February 8, 2013, at the age of 70. She was the wife of Richard D. Brown.
Born in Woodbury, NJ, Joyce was a daughter of the late William and Elsie Jennett. She enjoyed casinos, travel, her cats and spending quality time with her family.
