Franklin passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2012.
Franklin was a resident of Woodbury, New Jersey at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Violet.
Visitation Wednesday 9am until the Service at 10:30am at DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, N.J. Interment Elan Memorial Park Bloomsburg, PA.
