Herbert passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2012.
Herbert was a resident of Prospect Park, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.
He was preceded in death by his wife Janet.
Funeral Service will be held at 8 PM Friday, at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078 where friends may call after 7 PM. Burial private.
