Howard passed away on Sunday, November 11, 2012.
Howard was a resident of Brookhaven, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Rose.
Funeral Service will be held Thursday 11:30 am at St. Timothys Lutheran Church,535 Lamp Post Ln., Aston, Pa, 19014. Visitation Thursday 9-11am at the Bateman Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Interment private.
