Theresa passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2013.
Theresa was a resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the time of her passing.
She was preceded in death by her husband William.
Family and friends are invited to her viewing Friday 8 AM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 425 Lyceum Ave, Rox. and to participate in her funeral mass 10:30 AM at St. John the Baptist Church, Int. Private.
