Sacks Helen C. Sacks (nee Borow) affectionately known as Bubbles, of Norristown, passed away peacefully on Monday July 8, 2013 with her family by her side. She was 79 years old. Born November 28, 1933 in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Reba (nee Beck) Borow and the beloved wife of the late Burton S. Sacks.
