Carol A Dougherty (nee Smith), 70, of Ridley Park, PA, passed away suddenly on June 7, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Thomas H Smith Sr. and Florence M Smith (nee McIntyre). Carol was born in Atlantic City, New Jersey, where she lived until her family moved to Sharon Hill when she was a young girl. The oldest of six children, she valued family above all else.
