Joseph B. Kelly, 78, of Folsom, passed away April 26, 2013 at Taylor Hospice Residence in Ridley Park. He was born August 3, 1934 in Locustdale, PA the son of the late Thomas Edward and Virginia Magdeline (nee Moyer) Kelly. He is survived by his wife Joan (nee Coryell) Kelly, several nieces and nephews and his friends Frank Martinez, Ken Fetterolf, Frankie Ramsdale and Earl Brennan.
