William "Billy C" Cornett, 65, of Claymont, DE passed away on April 16, 2013.
Mr. Cornett was a member of Insulators Local #14 in Philadelphia and Boilermakers Local #13 in Philadelphia. He was an avid DJ and musician. Billy C. was a member of the Brandywine Club, Hall-Burke VFW and the Moose Lodge.
