Daniel F. Mullarkey Sr., 63, of Ridley Park, formerly of Southwest Philadelphia, passed away April 1, 2013. He was born November 13, 1949 in Philadelphia the son of the late James V. and Martha (nee McKnight) Mullarkey. Daniel retired in 2001 from the Delaware County Prison after 27 years of service as a Corrections Officer and he was also the president for 12 years of the Independent Union at the prison.
