Charles passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2013.
Charles was a resident of Blackwood, New Jersey at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Ethel.
There will be a viewing Friday from 11:30am to 12:30pm at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Interment Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.
