Vinh passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2013.
Vinh was a resident of Lansdowne, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass Saturday, February 23, 2013 10am at St. Alice Church, Copley Rd. and Walnut St., Upper Darby.
There will be a viewing Friday evening from 6-9pm at the Marvil Funeral Home, 1110 Main St., Darby and Saturday from 9-10am in St. Alice Church.
Burial will follow in Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.
