Florence C. McCoy "Flo" of Norristown, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 11, 2013. She was 78 years old. Born November 3, 1934 in Norristown, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Florence (nee Williamson) Conard and the beloved wife of the late David McCoy Sr.
