Richard G. Horn, age 76, of Philadelphia, died Saturday, February 9, 2013, in Chandler Hall in Newtown. He was born in Philadelphia to William R. and Charlotte Horn (nee Betz). A graduate of Northeast High School, Philadelphia, he was a tool & die maker for Budd Company, Hunting Park Office. He retired at age 47, in 1983, after 30 years of service.
