Isabelle M. (nee Weiss) Kmiec, 82, of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2013 at the Valleyview Residence at Elwyn. She was born February 7, 1930 in Philadelphia the daughter of the late Frederick and Isabelle (nee Gilger) Weiss.
