William P. Clancy, 81, a longtime resident of Norwood, passed away January 15, 2013 at Fair Acres Geriatric Center in Lima, PA. He was born August 23, 1931 in Philadelphia the son of the late Hugh and Bridget (nee Furey) Clancy. Bill was born and raised in Southwest Philadelphia where he was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Parish. He served honorably in the Korean War as a Corporal after which he met and married his loving wife Nancy in 1955 and in 1971 he moved his family to Norwood. ...
