Charles passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2013.
Charles was a resident of Paulsboro, New Jersey at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his companion Laura E. Skonestski.
Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Monday 7pm- 9pm at BOUCHER FUNERAL HOME, 1757 Delsea Dr., Deptford. Interment private.
