Mr. DeCarlo passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2013.
Mr. DeCarlo was a resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.
Relatives and friends will be received Monday morning Jan. 14, 2013 after 10:00 AM until a celebration of his life at 11:00 in The Decker Funeral Home, 216 York Rd., Warminster, PA.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The American Heart Assoc., 15120 Collections Center Dr., Chicago, IL 60693 in James's memory.
