Theodore passed away in December 2012.
Theodore was a resident of Levittown, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Memorial Service, Saturday at 12 noon at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 1428 E. Columbia Ave. (at Frankford Ave.), where friends may call after 10 A.M.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to the Foundation Smiles, Inc., 191 Rte. 130, Pedricktown, NJ 08067 would be appreciated.
