William was born on June 16, 1923 and passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2012. William was a resident of Ardmore, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. He went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida He studied at the University of London, the University of Dublin and Villanova University where he received his Master's Degree in Education.
