Franklin passed away on Monday, July 9, 2012.
Franklin was a resident of Levittown, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.
He was a graduate of Ocracoke High School .
A service of remembrance will be in Ocracoke United Methodist Church, Friday July 13, 2012, at 1:00 pm by Rev. Laura Stern.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Ocracoke Fire Protection Association, P.O. Box 332, Ocracoke, NC 27960 or Hope For The Animals. Org.
